Product Features: The full-automatic Brinell hardness tester, a unique automatic turrent structure system, starts the test after the user defines the carbide indenter, test force, and holding time that match the measurement target. After the measurement is completed, there is no need to move the workpiece, Automatic switching of indenter and objective lens, CMOS directly captures the indentation image, and uses Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation's advanced digital imaging technology to automatically find the pixel that most conforms to the characteristics of the indentation on the indentation image, high-speed analysis, and automatic reading. Automatic measurement of standard block indentation, shaded indentation, background blurry indentation, and elliptical indentation. - This instrument has 12 levels of test force and 16 types of Brinell hardness test scales, which can be freely selected;
- Equipped with 3 sets of ball indenters, all of which can automatically participate in testing;
- Equipped with two sets of objective lenses, both of which can participate in the measurement of indentation diameter;

The hardness tester is robustly built and is shipped in a specially designed, export-grade wooden crate. To safeguard against any possible damage during transit, the product is securely fastened with straps and screws. For smaller orders, express and air transportation are recommended.
