Product Description
The full-automatic Rockwell hardness tester (measuring head move up and down) realizes the full-automatic control of the hardness testing process. The loading system uses high-precision force sensor and central controller to form a closed-loop to realize the precise control of the test force value. The sounding system uses high-precision displacement sensors, which can obtain a hardness value resolution of 0.1HR.The equipment stage is fixed, and the hardness test is carried out by the up and down movement of the measuring head. The fixed test bench can eliminate the coaxiality error caused by the up and down rotation of the traditional lead screw. While improving the test accuracy and repeatability, the stability and work efficiency of the hardness tester are increased.- High-speed precision step control system is adopted to realize high-precision and fast test;

The hardness tester is robustly built and is shipped in a specially designed, export-grade wooden crate. To safeguard against any possible damage during transit, the product is securely fastened with straps and screws. For smaller orders, express and air transportation are recommended.
