Use
1. It is widely used in photovoltaic solar energy, semiconductor  packaging, laser processing, optical film materials, 3C industry  chain and other high-end manufacturing industries with high device  surface quality requirements. Meanwhile, it is also widely used in  aerospace, defense industry and scientific research.
2. All kinds of measurements include the roughness, roughness,  microscopic geometric contour, curvature and so on of the workpiece  from nano to micron level.

Instrument architecture and measurement principle

When measuring the surface morphology height, multiple confocal images are acquired by automatically moving the focal position. Based on the discontinuous focal position (Z) and the detection light intensity (I) system, the light intensity change curve (I-Z curve) can be estimated and the peak position and peak intensity can be obtained. Since the peak positions of all pixels correspond to the irregularity of the sample surface, the 3D morphology information of the sample surface can be obtained. Images of all locations on the sample surface can be captured by peak intensity data.
